Second day of classes are done with. Yay, whoohoo.
Psychology looks to be my sluff class of the semester, a little reading and only 4 tests all of which only deal with the material covered since the last test.
It looks like its going to be an interesting semester. My classes have started to turn to a more practical nature, rather than purely theoretical. File Processing looks interesting, it has to do with organizing data on physical mediums so that data can be accessed quickly and efficiently. Organization of Programming Languages seems to be pretty interesting also. This class covers how programing languages are developed and work with the underlying operating system and hardware.
I'm still working on C++, trying to get all the syntax down. I'm a little more motivated to learn it, now that I've found out that we're going to be using C++ in two of my classes.

Not much to report today. I'm still learning how to use C++, so the data structure page will be a little bit yet.
On an unrelated note, the Dallas Cowboys have lost their first round playoff game to the Pheonix Cardinals. This means that the Cardinals are all set to loose to the Vikings next week.

After much thought, I've decided to turn this into a programing type page, as well as any Quake tidbits that I may chance to put up. I'm also going to have actual news update type things, on the off chance that anyone would actually visit this site and be curious about my doings. The change in focus may cause me to move this page to a more technically inclined area of fortune city, or not, I haven't decided yet.
First off, I'm going to work on some C++ data structures. This is more to help me learn the language than it is to teach others how to use it. I may put up some Java data structure stuff later on.
That's all for now. Happy new year, all!
